"I started taking Pilates at Simply Pilates in February of 2007 after I
was told my my doctor that I was clinically obese. My doctor told
me that I needed to make dramatic changes or my health would
continue to deteriorate. Nine months later I've lost 55 pounds, 4
pants sizes, and 10 inches from my hips/thighs. My success in
large part is due to consistently attending Pilates classes 2-3 times
per week and changing my diet drastically, reducing the amount of
